RVAHJ Electronic Logbook
Most people these days routinely carry an electronic device (smart phone or tablet) with them which provides access to important documents no matter where we are. This module takes you through what is required for accessing and using the electronic Logbook for Honorary Justices according to the needs of various organisations and bodies.
Qld Land Registry Witnessing
Honorary Justices in Victoria are recognised as Authorised Witnesses under the Queensland (Qld) legislation, if they choose to witness and sign documents. This will require that the Honorary Justice must follow the requirements on document record keeping according to the relevant Qld legislation. This module outlines the requirements to be followed as an Authorised Witness.
