There are at times when it is required and also helpful to record the details of the services provided when acting as an Authorised Witness.
In Victoria there is generally not a requirement to record any information, however there are specific organisations and bodies that do require that certain information is recorded. These requirements and documents have from experience been from other States or overseas.
The RVAHJ has developed a service that provides a range of forms that you can be completed to record information as required by Honorary Justices for various organisation or regulatory bodies.
