This training is a closed course and only available by invitation to Honorary Justices.
Overview:
Remote Witnessing has been introduced through the Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2021; it still requires that all the elements as per the Oaths & Affirmations Act 2018 are still met. It provides that an alternative means of witnessing is available so as to ensure the safety of all initially introduced during the COVID-19 restrictions.
